As a Software Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in achieving our goals by developing and maintaining applications that drive our business forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and release of software applications using Laravel PHP and Java Spring Boot.
- Construct queries to store and retrieve data from various databases, including MySQL, Amazon RDS, Amazon Redshift, and Databricks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate new ideas into projects.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, web development principles, object-oriented programming, and software engineering concepts.
- Passion for quality and automation.
- Experience with MySQL or other relational database design/advanced query construction.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure, Terraform or other IaC frameworks, Git, CICD, and test-driven development.
- Experience with Java Spring Boot, Laravel PHP, and/or Postman is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.

The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00-$171,000.00
