About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will lead a team of agents and oversee the daily execution, performance, and continuous improvement of our item-related operations. You will be responsible for establishing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reporting on key metrics and trends, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive systemic enhancements to seller and customer experience.

This is a high-impact role that blends operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and strategic partnership. You'll serve as the connective tissue between the frontline operations and product, engineering, and business teams.

You’ll Make an Impact By:

  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Analyze operational and seller pain points to identify process gaps and opportunities. Deliver insights and actionable feedback to product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Supporting Ad-hoc Initiatives: Respond quickly to emerging business needs, including supporting pilots, resolving blockers, and enabling new capabilities.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If:

  • You bring empathy and clarity to process design and change management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, ecommerce, catalog/content management, or marketplace platforms.
  • Experience managing a team in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to create SOPs and business process docs.
  • Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in Excel required; SQL, Tableau or Power BI a plus.
  • Prior experience collaborating with product, tech and offshore teams is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
