Strategic People Partner – Transformation (Pharmacy Merchandising & E2E Support)

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Strategic People Partner to support our Pharmacy Merchandising and End-to-End (E2E) Support Organization. In this transformation-focused role, you will play a key part in accelerating our omni-channel strategy and shaping personalized health journeys for millions of customers. You’ll partner with leaders to drive people initiatives that fuel innovation, enable growth, and unlock the full potential of our teams.

What you'll do:

As a Strategic People Partner focused on transformation, you will:

• Drive Strategic Execution: Activate and execute our people strategy to enable Health & Wellness to deliver on its bold, customer-centric priorities.

• Build Future-Ready Talent: Shape a forward-looking talent strategy by developing capabilities across the full talent lifecycle — from acquisition to succession.

• Advise and Lead Through Change: Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders, guiding them through transformation with empathy, clarity, and resolve.

• Leverage Data & AI for Smart Decisions: Leverage data, analytics, and AI to inform decisions around organizational design, workforce planning, digital skill adoption, vacancy risk, and structure optimization.

  Ability to lead through ambiguity, influence transformation at scale, and help teams navigate complex organizational change with resilience and clarity.

• Strategic Talent Planning
  Skilled at building talent strategies that align with future business needs — including workforce planning, capability building, and succession management.

  Deep understanding of business drivers and the ability to integrate people strategies into broader organizational priorities, acting as a credible partner to senior leaders.

• Data-Driven Decision Making
  Comfortable using data, analytics, and AI tools to drive insight, diagnose workforce challenges, and inform strategic decisions related to work, roles, and structure.

• Coaching & Influencing
  Strong interpersonal and coaching skills to build trust, challenge thinking, and influence leaders and teams toward bold action and mindset shifts.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
