Position Summary...

As part of our growing Initiative Deployment team, this role is critical to driving the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across Walmart U.S. stores. The Senior Manager will coordinate and execute deployment plans, serve as a key connector between cross-functional teams, and ensure a high adoption and sustainability of programs. This role supports all phases of deployment—immersion, planning, rollout, handoff, and feedback—and helps maintain momentum through structured engagement, clear communication, and performance tracking.

What you'll do...

• Lead the deployment of initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities across Walmart U.S.

• Collaborate closely with Test, Operations, and Transformation teams to ensure smooth rollouts

• Support all phases of initiative deployment: pre-deployment immersion, planning, launch, handoff, and feedback loops

• Partner with process sustainment teams to ensure long-term program adoption

• Provide real-time feedback to improve playbooks, training, and communication materials

• Act as the deployment lead on the ground, representing the initiative to field teams

• Keep stakeholders informed and engaged

• Organize and facilitate immersive roadshows, training events, and deployment support visits

• Use data and field feedback to evaluate adoption and improve future deployments

• Travel to key markets and regions to support execution and capture learnings

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in leading initiative deployment or transformation into a large-scale, multi-unit environment

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence diverse stakeholder groups across the organization

• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and drive execution across multiple workstreams

• Willingness and ability to travel based on deployment needs

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track performance and drive insights

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
