About the Team...
Join the Global Licenses and Permits Compliance Governance Team in an essential role developing and implementing program data reporting and analytics. Reporting to the Director, Global Licenses and Permits Compliance Governance, the Manager, Global Licenses and Permits Compliance Governance, Data Reporting and Analytics, will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to provide insights and support decision-making processes for L&P Compliance and Global Governance leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team to move the program needle on closing control gaps, identifying program enhancements, and helping to build a sustainable program.

What you'll do...

• Managing the development and maintenance of market reporting dashboards and systems (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Responding to ad hoc reporting requests from L&P Compliance leadership.
• Collecting, processing, and validating data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Ensuring market data policies and procedures remain current and effective to address risks and promote consistency.
• Identifying trends and concerns at the market and global level.
• Training stakeholders on the use of reporting dashboards and systems.
• Supporting market and global self-monitoring processes.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in data management and reporting.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technology in data analytics.

What you'll bring...

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software.
• Knowledge of compliance programs.
• Collaborated on cross functional projects.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in risk identification and management.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning techniques, and algorithms.
• Professional fluency in Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
