As Senior Manager of Membership Acquisition at Sam’s Club, you will play an important part in driving Membership growth for years to come. We are looking for a talented, highly analytical leader who will generate and utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making across membership strategy & performance team. What you will do...
- Own and Scale Sponsored Membership Partnerships: Lead B2B end-to-end strategy, outreach, negotiation, and execution for partnerships where businesses offer Sam’s Club memberships to their associates. Develop and manage a robust pipeline across key verticals (e.g., healthcare, education, military), driving scalable acquisition growth from initial outreach through renewal.
- Build High-Impact Collateral and Pitch Materials: Create tailored business cases and presentations for employer partners. Work with MAP, Legal, Merchants, and Marketing to ensure proposals are compliant, compelling, and executable.
- Drive Execution and Project Oversight: Manage partner onboarding and launch coordination across internal teams. Lead initiatives to streamline renewals, automate workflows, and ensure partner success
- Track Performance and Optimize for Results: Monitor campaign KPIs in partnership with the Senior Analyst. Identify conversion gaps, track CAC efficiency, and recommend actionable optimizations.
- Lead Strategic Planning and Performance Reporting: Contribute to MBRs/QBRs and financial planning with data-driven insights. Track spend versus plan, analyze partner outcomes, and inform roadmap decisions.
- Support 3rd Party Direct to Consumer Partnerships: Act as a strategic advisor on affiliate/perks opportunities. Provide input on partner evaluations, offer design, and performance management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across MAP (Sam’s Club advertising arm), Finance, Legal, and Merchants to align on executional strategy and partner prioritization.
- Coach and Support Junior Team Members: Guide the Manager and Senior Analyst on tactical execution, strategic thinking, and professional development.
- Champion Process Development: Build and maintain scalable playbooks, outreach models, and performance tracking systems to support growth across all acquisition partnerships.
What You Bring:

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
