What you'll do...

What you’ll do:

  • You will be an integral part of the Member’s Mark team, supporting your stakeholders and merchants to create and execute amazing items for our members.
  • You will drive consistent member service delivery by performing quality reviews with our suppliers, delivering feedback to on success areas and improvement opportunities, analyzing key quality drivers, creating, and evaluating quality reports, recommending changes to improve quality control processes and in turn increasing Member satisfaction.
  • Manage processes for onboarding new suppliers and maintaining processes for existing suppliers by implementing and maintaining quality protocols across the supplier matrix, developing, and conducting supplier training, feedback loops and best practice.
  • Oversee complex quality assurance processes validating critical quality metrics to assess supplier performance and assessing and communicating supplier performance to management and business partners.
  •  Identifying industry best practices and incorporating them into quality assurance programs, evaluating quality review processes and identifying areas of opportunity, identifying, developing, and implementing process changes, leading the implementation of quality assurance programs, evaluating utilization and effectiveness of quality assurance programs, evaluating service level data in order to determine behavioral gaps and training needs, and collaborating with key stakeholders in order to develop action plans to improve agent service levels.
  • Oversee the communication of findings to stakeholders and customers by providing documents and work papers, communicating process errors, and determining needed fixes, providing recommendations to stakeholders regarding needed training support, recommending updates to training documentation, and ensuring recommended solutions are implemented.
  • Oversee quality assurance plans and frameworks by collaborating with stakeholders on identified controls, determining the frequency and timing of processes, managing processes, identifying areas of opportunity in quality assurance plans, and communicating recommendations to leadership.
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly, developing contingency plans, demonstrating adaptability, and supporting continuous learning.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team-based work environment, establishing performance expectations, and conducting regular performance evaluations, providing recognition and rewards, coaching for success and improvement, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application, ensuring compliance with them, and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
  • Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business partners, managers, coworkers, or other key stakeholders, soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

What you will bring

  • Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or a regulatory environment for either Food or Health & Wellness items.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess key quality drivers and KPI data with integrated AI.
  • Ability to manage supplier onboarding and training processes.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication skills for providing feedback and recommendations.
  • Leadership skills to drive business plans and projects.
  • Supervisory experience to provide development opportunities for associates.
  • Be comfortable with domestic travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
