What you'll do at

Position Summary...

We are seeking a highly analytical and operations-focused leader to serve as the strategic execution partner to one of our largest recruiting teams. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning enterprise hiring strategies with data-backed operational plans—shaping not just how we deliver recruiting, but how we plan for it. You’ll combine deep data fluency with structured planning expertise to inform decisions across capacity, workforce strategy, and recruiting execution.
This role is not limited to individuals with prior talent acquisition experience. In fact, we welcome candidates from business operations, strategic planning, or demand planning backgrounds who bring strong analytical capabilities and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

What you'll do...

  • Executive Decision Support & Data Storytelling
Own the end-to-end process of transforming raw data into insights that shape business decisions. Conduct trend analysis, scenario modeling, and performance diagnostics to support decisions across recruiting operations, enterprise talent strategy, and organizational design. Build clear, executive-ready stories from complex datasets.
  • Labor Market Signal Integration & Data Product Influence
Serve as a bridge between TA, Workforce Intelligence, and Enterprise Analytics to ensure decisions are grounded in internal KPIs and market trends. Influence the design and use of TA dashboards, data pipelines, and forecasting tools to elevate strategic insight.
  • Operational Excellence or Demand Planning Leadership
Lead structured problem-solving and resource planning using formal business frameworks. Candidates may bring strengths in either:
    • Operational Excellence (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, structured process design), or
    • Demand & Resource Planning (e.g., forecasting, headcount modeling, workforce supply/demand alignment, scenario planning).
This work will inform how we anticipate hiring needs, align recruiter capacity, and optimize resource deployment.
  • Operating Rhythms and Goal Tracking
Establish and evolve Talent Acquisition’s operating cadence—including performance reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and resource alignment cycles. Surface blockers, track progress, and build mechanisms that support visibility and accountability.
  • Program Leadership & Enterprise Integration
Mobilize support teams (People Operations, Finance, Tech, Analytics) to deliver high-impact initiatives across the talent lifecycle. Act as connective tissue to ensure recruiting programs are integrated into broader enterprise strategy and executed with precision.

What You’ll Bring...

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform trend analysis, forecasting, and synthesize large datasets into strategic recommendations. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Power Query, and advanced Excel
  • Deep experience in either:
    • Operational Excellence (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, KPI management, process improvement), or
    • Demand Planning (e.g., workforce forecasting, scenario modeling, headcount planning)
  • Executive communication skills with a track record of translating analysis into action
  • Experience in complex, matrixed organizations—ideally in business operations, strategic planning, or workforce management
  • High intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a strong bias for action
  • Talent Acquisition experience not required; familiarity is a plus but not a prerequisite
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred

Ideal Backgrounds May Include

  • Business Operations & Strategy
  • Workforce or Headcount Planning
  • FP&A or Corporate Planning
  • Supply Chain or Demand Planning with data storytelling orientation
  • TA Business Operations (with strong analytics foundation)
