Position Summary...

In this role, you will drive the success of the EV Charging program by managing the portfolio of operational EV charging assets and associated Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contracts. You will partner closely with the EV Go-To-Market (GTM) charging team to ensure new contracts are strategically structured for long-term operational effectiveness and robust reporting.

This position will report to our Director, Energy Portfolio Management and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. A full relocation package can be made available, but we are not considering remote applicants at this time.

What you'll do...

• Project Performance Management and Reporting: Conduct financial and operational analyses of Walmart’s owned and third-party EV charging networks (includes analyzing project data, refining contract language, resolving performance issues, and managing the SLAs of EV O&M/service providers
• Forecasting and Strategic Planning: Develop annual operating forecasts for O&M expenditures related to Walmart’s EV charging network, supporting data-driven decision-making and long-term planning
• O&M Contract Execution: Support the negotiation and execution of O&M agreements and capital investments that advance Walmart’s EV charging objectives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teams across GTM, legal, finance, business partners, and facility services to achieve program objectives and drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring…

• 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience operating in a large, global organization
• Understanding of both competitive and regulated energy markets
• Understanding of the renewable energy project development process and key drivers of project value

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field and 3 years’ experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area
OR 5 years’ experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area.
2 years’ experience in property management.
