Position Summary...
Walmart Connect is seeking a Senior Manager - Business Analysis & Insights to lead the strategy and execution of our emerging Joint Business Partnership (JBP) framework. As a key member of the Sales Strategy and Enablement Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and analytics.What you'll do...
- Develop and execute the strategy for our emerging JBP framework, ensuring alignment with Walmart Connect's business objectives and sales strategy
- Oversee the contract approval and exception process, ensuring timely and effective execution of JBP agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for emerging JBPs, including pacing and benefit redemption plans to drive business growth
- Ensure leadership alignment by providing regular reporting and insights to senior leaders, and gaining buy-in on key initiatives and decisions
- Develop and maintain JBP legal process and operations, ensuring compliance with Walmart Connect's policies and procedures
- Provide seller support and guidance on JBP-related matters, ensuring a positive experience for our partners
What You'll Bring...
- 7+ years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies and operations plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with contract management and vendor onboarding processes
- Strong understanding of sales strategy and enablement principles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
- Knowledge of sales analytics and performance metrics
- Familiarity with JBP frameworks and sales enablement strategies
- Certification in a related field, such as sales operations or business analytics

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
