Walmart Data Ventures is looking for a detail oriented and passionate individual to join our growing Research Team as a Senior Analyst. This role is integral in supporting the team in executing and delivering insights from bespoke research projects. What you’ll do:

• Develop a solid understanding of research best practices and demonstrate the ability to serve as a co-project manager across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Support the Research Directors, Senior Managers and Managers on all aspects of quantitative and qualitative research processes, including research design, questionnaire development, programming, data collection, data analysis, and storytelling.
• Interface with clients under with support from colleagues, demonstrating an ability to understand clients’ business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support the development of our product suite by sharing client user requests, industry, market, and competitive trends in a positive and actionable way.
• Serve as a product ambassador, demonstrating extensive knowledge of Walmart Data Ventures products and services.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 0-1 years of market research and/or related experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, setting.
• Strong analytical skills with a high sense of curiosity and dedication to solving problems.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
