Position Summary...

The Fulfillment Product team is responsible for the technology that powers our Fulfillment network, driving optimization and AOP initiatives to support eCommerce growth. They deliver transformational technology solutions for our Business, Associates, and Customers.

The Staff Product Manager will be responsible for delivering key capabilities in our Fulfillment Network, drive optimization and AOP initiatives, and lead efforts to leverage AI capabilities in building requirements and code generation.

This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We are not considering remote applicants, but a full relocation package is available for candidates not local Northwest Arkansas area.

What you'll do...

• Develop and enhance moderately complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; prioritizing product backlog; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and managing roll out of product features
• Work cross functionally with multiple teams to execute and deliver the desired business outcome
• Track Data and KPIs and leverage AI tools to optimize existing capabilities and innovate for the future

What you'll bring...

• Experience leading a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
• Written and verbal communication skills that enable you to simplify complex problems and evangelize a strategy and roadmap to stakeholders; strong documentation skills critical in this role
• Product management knowledge – Agile development, lifecycle of a product
• Experience working in a highly automated Fulfillment Center/Distribution Center environment – including warehouse technology, warehouse controls and execution systems, and omnichannel experience

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
