Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Realty Project Management, is responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects for Walmart's Realty Execution Team. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills to ensure successful project execution, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.The Realty Project Manager will be responsible for managing project budgets, assessing economic and customer experience impacts, creating schedules, coordinating with internal and external teams, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials for projects. To ensure these responsibilities are fulfilled, this role will be field-based and may require up to 90% travel.
What you'll do...
- Project Accountability: Manage multiple Realty execution projects and oversee Store Project Leads to ensure the project scope is completed.
- Create and Manage Schedules: Coordinate project deliverables with internal and external teams.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials.
- Monitor Sales and Budgets: Assess economic and customer experience impacts of project decisions.
- Facilitate Stakeholder Meetings: Analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives.
- Drive Project Results: Take corrective action as necessary.
- Communicate Plans and Deliverables: Direct associates and vendors on processes and procedures.
- Staff Coordination: Advise on the assignment of additional staff to meet company and facility goals.
- Compliance and Integrity: Ensure adherence to company policies and support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics.
- Supervision and Development: Provide opportunities for associate development, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and fostering a sense of belonging.
- Customer Service Guidance: Model and enforce proper customer service techniques within Walmart guidelines.
- Job-Related Activities: Oversee activities and assignments to support business needs.
- Identify Improvement Opportunities: Demonstrate adaptability and promote continuous process improvement methodologies.

You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
