As a Market Health & Wellness Director, you’ll lead multi-site operations to drive prescription growth, optimize merchandise performance, and deliver exceptional member service. You’ll champion community engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of inclusion, integrity, and continuous improvement. By developing high-performing teams and embracing innovation, you’ll help shape a member-first experience that supports business growth and community impact. What you'll do
  • Drive Prescription and Merchandise Sales: Lead sales growth across multiple facilities by ensuring effective prescription fulfillment, competitive pricing, accurate signage, and strategic merchandise presentation. Monitor inventory levels, in-stock performance, and sales forecasting to meet market demands.
  • Champion Member Service Excellence: Develop and implement service standards aligned with member expectations and company goals. Model exceptional service behaviors and ensure consistent delivery across all locations.
  • Lead Community Engagement: Promote the company’s image and strategic initiatives through community outreach. Support local events, encourage associate participation, and integrate community involvement into business planning.
  • Ensure Operational Compliance: Oversee adherence to company policies and legal regulations. Implement safety and loss prevention controls, conduct quality assurance reviews, and guide teams in executing company programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and Support Talent: Provide leadership and development opportunities for associates across facilities. Select, train, mentor, and recognize team members while fostering a culture of belonging and inclusion.
  • Model Respect and Inclusion: Build high-performing, diverse teams by embracing differences in people, cultures, and ideas. Create a workplace where all associates feel seen, supported, and connected.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
