Our team is dedicated to developing advanced solutions that leverage machine learning algorithms to provide tailored and actionable financial insights. Through our work, we enable our business partners to enhance their efficiency and accelerate their pace in carrying out their daily responsibilities.
What you’ll do:
- Develops the product delivery plan for our Finance Generative AI technology solutions.
- Manages the product management related tasks of the development process, coordinating with the engineering team, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring that a product or initiative under development is delivered on time, within budget, and with quality.
- Develops product specifications for the of Generative AI components by using artifacts such as systems flows, product requirement documents and logical data models.
- Plan and execute the product launch while coordinating post-launch activities to validate that the product works as designed and that acceptance was successful.
- Manage the development of training materials; training and supporting users on new product features.
- Supports product implementation and deployment by engaging with Engineering and participation in Scrum during development to answer questions and make scope trade off decisions.
- Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to make informed product decisions and continuously improve existing solutions
- Manage relationships and contribute to team cohesion and collaborate to drive product development and delivery.
- Create conceptual demos using tools such as Copilot Studio and PowerAutomate to communicate desired functionality to Engineering and customer validation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong understanding and experience in Generative AI technology, including knowledge of the landscape and what’s on the horizon.
- Proven track record in product management, with experience in building and launching successful AI-driven financial products
- Experience with product roadmap development techniques; roadmap presentation; roadmap features and artifacts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive product decisions in the finance domain.
- Knowledge of design thinking, journey mapping, and process optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in the finance field.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and identify new opportunities for innovation using Generative AI technology in finance.
- Strong Product management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI technology and a keen interest in applying it to real-world finance problems.
- A working knowledge GenAI tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini, Copilot Studio and PowerAutomate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in product management, AI technology, or related fields, with a focus on financial data.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, LLM’s, data infrastructure, and scalable architectures
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
