Position Summary...

The VIZIO Enterprise Program Management team is looking for a highly talented, experienced, and motivated Staff, Technical Operations to help shepherd roadmap delivery across the organization. We look for people who can naturally partner across all disciplines to keep everyone informed, aligned, and moving forward. The team sits at the intersection of the VIZIO software platform that helps shape the beautifully simple experiences our customers see every day. This position can be held in one of several offices (San Francisco, Dallas, or Denver).

What you'll do...

Our Technology Operations team is at the forefront of driving innovation and operational excellence. We collaborate across multiple departments, leveraging cutting-edge technology to optimize processes and deliver seamless customer experiences. Your role will directly impact our ability to execute strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage software development project activities across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

  • Collaborate with development, product, architect, and partner teams to determine technical direction and system design.

  • Create, manage, and track project schedules, plans, scope statements, resource plans, and risk logs.

  • Tailor project management and support processes to meet individual project needs.

  • Oversee resource planning and organizational capacity planning.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in managing software development projects, including E-commerce platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and program estimation tools and techniques.

  • Expertise in program monitoring, control, and stakeholder communication.

  • Ability to influence and build consensus among diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Practical knowledge of technology strategy, systems, and trends in retail technology.
