Position Summary...

This role of Director, Shop Experience will play a critical part of the Shopping Strategy, to ultimately fulfill customer orders on-time and in-full. This position will understand store complexities and operations - especially on inventory movement - and identify and drive higher fulfillment rates. This role will lead the team to build out a full roadmap of technology and product development and test, deploy and track. Additionally, this roles team will orchestrate resources to deliver a better experience through in-stock improvements, optional navigation and reduced friction for the shopper.

What you'll do...

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
