Position Summary...

This role of Director, Customer Engagement will play a critical part of the Shopping Strategy, to ultimately fulfill customer orders on-time and in-full. This position will understand opportunities to win the customer's order through effective engagement and simplified communications. Ultimately this roles team will orchestrate resources to deliver a better experience through substitutions, amends, and general inquiries.

This position will work with technology and process, and will see initiatives from concept to scaling, requiring a high degree of ownership and bias for action. The position will lead the full team, setting goals, expectations and motivating for a better, faster delivery experience.

What you'll do...

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
