What you'll do...

The Senior Manager, ESG Governance & Engagement will support Walmart’s global ESG governance implementation, including policy & process development and execution of the related change management strategy.

The Senior Manager, ESG Governance & Engagement, will play a key role in making this happen.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption and integration of organizational changes.
• Design and implement policies and procedures.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to support change initiatives.
• Create and deliver training programs, communication plans, and support materials to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change efforts with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
