Contribute to a high-performance culture delivering multiple projects, priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will lead the exploration and understanding of the market, competition, and business performance of Channel Partners. It will be your responsibility to foster a scientific approach of problem solving with the team, to develop reports and dashboards to indicate trends and hold the team accountable on performance, as well as present analytical insights of the business to the team and leadership. In leading the analysis and strategic insights of Channel Partnerships, you are a vital contributor to growing our US Marketplace business.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if you:
Have solid experience examining API data and market information to analyze and provide insightful direction on growth strategies and action plans for our business and the business of our high-value API Partners and Agencies (aka Channel Partners).
Demonstrates strong expertise in product analytics within the eCommerce industry, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end seller journey on online marketplaces.
Quickly can create effective reports to analyze business performance, including that of our Channel Partners, to identify patterns or anomalies, for the team to institute actions that drive acceleration or improvement for incremental sales and acquisitions, respectively.
Possess strong understanding of data visualization and the capability to build meaningful dashboards with high accuracy for specific stakeholder-audiences, that are easily and quickly digestible and informative.
Have strong understanding and advanced practiced use of SQL, Tableau and/or PowerBI and expert capability with Excel, with a preference of experience with Salesforce, Looker, and GIST reporting.
You enjoy collaborating in developing plans for highly complex strategy, supporting long term business plans and executing prioritized strategic initiatives.
You have excellent leadership competencies with inherent emotional awareness, executive presence, and effective communication, including presentation skills.
You are tenacious, dedicated and thrive working with ownership, autonomy, and a healthy dose of competition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills. Own analytical initiatives for specific pillars within the Channel Partnership team by building and maintaining automated, self-serve reporting tools that provide accurate, up-to-date insights to cross-functional teams. Drive alignment by establishing trusted data sources and ensuring data consistency across use cases.
Build and manage reliable dashboards to support both internal stakeholders and external partners, enabling data-driven decision-making for strategic and operational efforts.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover insights, troubleshoot performance issues, and support evolving business questions from internal or Channel Partners.
Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner, making insights accessible and actionable for non-technical audiences.
Present data stories that highlight key trends, opportunities, and strategic recommendations, tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in data analytics or other relevant roles
Proficient in MS Excel
Proficiency in SQL, GCP and R/Python.
Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written service and communication skills
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant and quantitative field and/or relevant work experience (e.g., Operations Research, Economics, Management Science, Business Analytics, Statistics)
Knowledge about eCommerce Environment
Knowledge about API Data
Ability to analyze data and present findings
Resourceful self-starter who can drive projects autonomously
