About Marketing Strategy Enablement
MSE sits at the center of one of the best Marketing Teams in the world! We are an experienced team of Marketers who act as the connector between Marketing and cross-functional partners in
- Thoughtful, integrated strategic planning: short-term and long-term
- Defining & articulating unified goals for Marketing strategies that evolve with the changing landscape, and align to company and business objectives
- Clearly demonstrating how we deliver for our Customer, Brand and Business – and the levers that drive outcomes
- Advising and assisting Marketing leadership with strategic planning and coordination.
What You’ll Do:
As a Program Manager on Marketing Strategy Enablement, you’ll relentlessly focus on driving operational excellence for a set of strategic objectives and key results across multiple marketing priorities. You’ll identify and help solve complex problems across varying and multiple workstreams with inter-connected parts. More specifically,
- Coordinate leadership discussion agendas and action items around their vision, objectives, and business challenges
- Advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment
- Create, maintain, and help scale best-in-class efficient workflows, routines, processes and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do
- Work as part of a cross-functional team and take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
- Use data and insights to make informed and impactful decisions
You'll make an impact by:
- Focusing on daily progress towards a simpler, more streamlined way of working together
- Relentlessly contributing to a high-performance culture, driving operational excellence for a set of strategic objectives and key results across multiple marketing priorities
- Prioritizing the collective success of the team, help, mentor, and coach your fellow team members
- Building strong relationships of trust and collaboration, ensuring the needs of the Marketing team and Marketing’s cross-functional partners are met
- Ensuring resolution of critical issues impeding progress and/or limiting the team’s ability to streamline, simplify, or work smarter
- Identifying and solving complex problems across varying and multiple workstreams with inter-connected parts
- Integrate test-and-learn with agility and continuous improvement practices into the day-to-day work
Required:
- Microsoft Office Expert
- 3 years of Digital Marketing Experience
- Assertive, adaptable and takes initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Comfortable influencing others, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and holding contributors accountable in solving complex challenges
- Proven experience operationalizing high-impact and high-visibility programs
- Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions
- An organized planner
- A clear and concise written and verbal communicator
- Customer-centric in planning and in execution

Are Tableau and Workfront proficient
- Have experience in reporting routine program management in a media/advertising agency
- Have worked closely with or have experience as an executive assistant

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
