Were seeking an exceptional Director of Data Stewardship, Foundation ; Privacy Analytics to lead the development of robust data infrastructure and privacy analytics capabilities. What Youll Do:

* Lead the design, development, and governance of certified datasets, data models

* Implement data stewardship frameworks and privacy analytics strategies.

* Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR and HIPAA.

* Design and apply de-identification, tokenization, and data masking techniques to protect sensitive information.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, engineering, and domain experts to develop scalable, secure, and ethical data solutions.

* Drive innovation in data architecture to support business intelligence and analytics.

* Develop and maintain documentation for data governance and privacy practices.

* Establish and enforce data governance policies and compliance protocols.

* Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the growth of the data analytics team.

What Youll Bring:

* 10+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce/omnichannel retail or health data, with a focus on data modeling and privacy.

* 6+ years of experience leading large-scale data analytics or engineering projects.

* Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and real-time/batch data processing pipelines.

* Expertise in de-identification, tokenization, and data masking techniques.

* Deep knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

* Proven experience in data governance, privacy analytics, and data stewardship, preferably in retail or healthcare.

* Proven track record of delivering high-quality data pipelines and models aligned with business needs.

* Experience with modern data platforms, tools, and technologies.

* Demonstrated success in leading distributed development or analytics teams.

* Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.

Good to Have:

* Experience with Hadoop, and NoSQL databases

* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA) and compliance guidelines related to data privacy.

* Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.

* Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Architecture, or related field and 6 years' experience in data stewardship, data management, database administration, data analytics, or related field. Option 2: 8 years' experience in data stewardship, data management, database administration, data analytics, or related field. Option 3: Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Architecture, or related field and 4 years' experience in in data stewardship, data management, database administration, data analytics, or related field.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
