As a Manager, Production Training, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our training initiatives to meet company goals and improve overall performance.

What you'll do...

• Lead and manage production training programs, incorporating assessments and stakeholder alignment.

• Oversee and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring consistency and clarity in training delivery.

• Actively participate in facility leadership, sharing expertise and coaching team members.

• Implement corporate initiatives by coordinating with facility and home office associates.

• Support associate engagement through learning opportunities, cross-training, and relationship building.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or pharmacy environments.

• Background as a pharmacy technician, with significant experience in training and facilitating learning.

• Meets state requirements for pharmacy technicians, including registration and certification.

• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage training programs effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00-$96,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Currently a pharmacy technician or experience working as a pharmacy technician, AND experience training, facilitating learning, or related experience. Experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
Meets state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, such as minimum age, qualification, registration, certification, and/or licensure when required by the State Board of Pharmacy.
