The Senior Manager I, Asset Protection will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of asset protection within our Distribution Centers (DC) and Fulfillment Centers (FC). This role will ensure the security and safety of our facilities, employees, and assets, while promoting and enforcing compliance with regulatory standards.What you'll do...
What You'll Do:
- Influential Communication: Lead discussions and present to diverse audiences using appropriate frameworks and tools, while acting as a trusted advisor to business partners by providing effective and timely feedback.
- Data and Digital Literacy: Identify problems, leverage data to determine root causes, propose solutions, ensure data quality, organize processes for analysis, and create dashboards.
- Operational Excellence: Assess situations based on departmental goals, document regulatory requirements, identify safety hazards, follow regulatory processes, and implement SOPs and OBW information.
- Employee Health and Safety: Coordinate with emergency responders, enforce compliance with OSHA standards, design emergency evacuation plans, train evacuation leaders, and improve health and safety processes.
- Risk Management: Evaluate risk assessment models, establish key risk management benchmarks, and design cross-functional risk management processes.
- Asset Protection Security: Propose and implement security measures, oversee access control procedures, and conduct investigations of internal thefts and vandalism.
- Process Improvement: Streamline critical workflows, develop methods for improving controls, and coach team members to improve processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management; Industrial Hygiene; Environmental Science, Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field AND 3 years' experience in the field of Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.Option 2: 5 years' experience in the field of Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
3 years' experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (for example Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), World Class Manufacturing
(WCM) , Lean Six Sigma) within Supply Chain or manufacturing environments.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
