Position Summary...

Global Shared Services will be responsible to deliver on our performance metrics and goals.  You will lead and facilitate transformation projects across our accounts payable supply chain function. You will work with process owners and business partners to maintain an effective and efficient transactional environment to support business needs while establishing strong internal control environment.

This Position would lead the EBS AP Transportation team covering Imports and Domestic Freight. The successful candidate will leverage excellent leadership and collaboration skills while demonstrating detailed financial and operational risks and controls as well as financial statement audit principles.  This individual will lead process improvement, innovation, and help enhance processes for a global company.

What you'll do...

• Developing and driving strategic decisions and managing outcomes related to achieving business initiatives, results and goals.
• Your ability to evaluate existing processes and working with cross-functional internal and external partners to transform into a frictionless process.
• Your ability to provide high level of customer service to our internal and external customers
• Your ability to lead a team of contractors and associates to achieve key success metric by executing and improving processes.
• Participating in developing a variety of effective ways to deal with difficult and complex problems impacting large volume of transactions across different systems.
• Ensure teams maintain focus on value added services, communicate with stakeholders on quality of service measurements.
• Demonstrating advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also understanding the big picture.
• Comfort in working with large amounts of data and using advanced data analytics tools to gather, analyze and interpret data for insights.
• Ensuring reporting compliance by reviewing to ensuring consistent application of policies, rules, and regulations; reviewing, evaluating, and interpreting internal financial statements and supporting documentation for compliance with accounting and reporting regulations.

• Proactively source external benchmarks and industry best practices and coach others to embed in ways of working and develop new organization-wide processes using decisions driven by data and analytics
• Ensuring business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

Position is located in Bentonville, Arkansas. We do offer a comprehensive relocation package.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
