About the Legal Team
Our Legal Team operates at the heart of VIZIO/Walmart’s mission, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while fostering business growth. The team collaborates closely with various departments, utilizing legal expertise to support the company’s goals and mitigate risks. As a Counsel, your contributions will directly impact our business strategies and operational success.
What You’ll Do
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including data licensing, professional services, and non-disclosure agreements.
Provide legal advice on business initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support strategic projects.
Conduct legal research, investigations, and oversee document management.
Represent the company before administrative and judicial bodies.
What You’ll Bring

Denver, Colorado US-11581:The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00-$242,000.00
Los Angeles, California US-11583:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
