Job Summary: In this role, you will support the Marketplace Seller Support, Performance and Risk (MSSPR) communication needs through copywriting, graphic design, internal newsletters, social media content and more. You will be responsible for crafting clear, concise messaging—including project updates, announcements, promotional materials, internal newsletters, and All-Hands presentations—and ensuring the right information reaches the right audience (MSSPR associates, leadership, key stakeholders, and partners across Walmart) at the right time and in the most effective format (such as email, Confluence, or internal web pages).
About the Team: You will work within the MSSPR team and support all internal communication needs. Your visual design responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Draft, design, review, and edit communications and presentations.
Evaluate and improve communication plans for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage competing priorities.
Coordinate job-related activities and build relationships with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and support company values and ethics.
Develop and execute long-term communication strategies.
Oversee design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of new systems.
Validate ideas with proof-of-concepts and manage rollout plans.
Provide insights and recommendations for platform improvements.
Drive business plans and projects by identifying needs and removing obstacles.
Offer development opportunities through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Implement innovative communication strategies, including social media and digital formats.
What You’ll Do: This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Communication and Engagement. You will focus heavily on design/visual communication to support our messages’ copy. Creating visual content that amplifies the written verbiage and helps to effectively convey information and engages appropriate audiences.
What You’ll Bring: Being proficient in design programs like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or similar programs are necessary to perform daily tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, management, economics, business, and corporate communications, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience required in communications, public relations, marketing, management, economics, business, and corporate communications, or something similar
You’ll Sweep Us Off Our Feet With:
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Certification in Digital Marketing or related fields.
Experience in a retail/Marketplace environment.
Proficiency in managing and implementing communication technology platforms.
