About the Team
Walmart Omni-Channel Supply Chain is seeking a strategic and operationally savvy finance leader to join the growing team. As the Director of Finance & Strategy, you will partner with the Senior Vice President of Transportation and lead a high-performance team delivering actionable insights and influencing performance. This role combines financial acumen with a strategic mindset to enhance productivity and monetization while understanding business trends and effectively influencing results.

What you'll do...

  • Oversee the development of long-term strategic and short-term operational plans by partnering across the organization to establish targets and resource needs.
  • Provide high-quality financial decision support by collaborating with leadership to analyze business performance, identify gaps, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Present feedback to leadership regarding risks associated with financial projects and provide insights on historical trends, future events, and market trends.
  • Oversee the development of financial analysis and modeling, incorporating assumptions and risks, and prepare presentations and supporting materials for business recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally to bring teams together through indirect influence and leverage the capabilities of new and existing talent.
  • Recruit, select, and develop talent, supporting mentorship, ongoing development, and succession planning.
  • Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices.

  • High standards and the ability to hold business partners accountable.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with challenges at a Fortune 1 scale.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience
i n accounting, finance, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
2 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
