Sam's Club is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Personal Shopper to join our team. As a Personal Shopper, you will have the opportunity to assist our members in finding the best products for their lifestyle and budget. Assist members in finding the best products for their lifestyle and budget. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with members. Stay up-to-date on current style and trend preferences to make informed product recommendations. Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude to create a welcoming shopping experience. Utilize product knowledge and understanding of member needs to make personalized recommendations. Continuously learn about new products and stay informed on product features and benefits. Take initiative to seek out and understand member preferences and needs. Ensure a clean and organized shopping environment for members. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to members. Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals. Assist in inventory management and restocking of products as needed. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and positive work environment. Attend training sessions and stay informed on company updates and policies. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
