In this role, you will work cross-functionally with data-engineering, analytics, FP&A, controllership, and business stakeholders to deliver capabilities that drive financial transparency, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

What you'll do:

  •  Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmaps: Define and champion a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders. This includes conducting thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, stakeholder / customer satisfaction, and inform future decisions.

  • Mentorship & Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

  • AI adoption : Provide thought leadership, roadmaps and operational blueprint for AI adoption in our data assets and processes.

  • Data: Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure robust data pipelines, governance, quality, and access frameworks are in place.

What you'll bring:

  • You have experience working with complex financial and operational data in retail or ecommerce 

  • You have a growth mindset for expanding the scope and building strong teams of Product Managers.

  • You have understanding of financial domain and metrics, including P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

  • You have an analytical mindset for solving the most impactful problems in finance domain 

  • You are comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from. leadership, and communicating clearly

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management

  • Or 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters in Business Administration

  • Masters in Computer Engineering

  • Masters in Computer Science

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
