As a Staff Data Engineer, you will contribute to our mission of leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Implement CI/CD processes to streamline software delivery.
• Perform data integration and transformation from various sources.
• Utilize analytical tools to provide actionable business insights.
• Regularly review and improve team processes.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Proficiency with Cloud Services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with multiple development languages (Python/Java).
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing solutions.
• CI/Automation testing and Agile/Scrum SDLC experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related field. Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related field. Option 3: Master's degree in Computer Science and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related field.
