Position Summary:
In this role you are an expert at matching the right skills and talent to deliver our brand campaigns, and your experience and knowledge allow you to identify, communicate, and alleviate downstream challenges and interdependencies with partner and/or stakeholder teams. You should be comfortable engaging entry-level through executive stakeholders and working with many different types of creative professionals and creative outputs. You should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will partner closely with a variety of peers and stakeholders such as creative directors, designers, account management, project managers, postproduction teams and sample management to deliver results. You will help bring creative concepts and campaigns that tell a cohesive story across a variety of channels to life with an eye on superior results and delivering on time and on budget. You are an experienced, calm leader of the internal and external cross-functional team inspiring the team with the latest in creative innovation, execution, and talents.
What you'll do...
Remove roadblocks to production and coordinate with cross functional partners to create timelines and process that works for production workstreams
Collaborate closely with internal WCS and external agency partners creative and production teams, in-house marketers, and finance partners to identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Clearly communicate project status with stakeholders and marketing managers as the production subject matter expert
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and maintain a positive attitude throughout
Work with legal and business affairs teams to build contracts, secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution.
Bid, hire and manage all production partners for content projects. This includes managing shoots (video and photo), post-production, animation, and digital
Oversee producers across different work streams and create production efficiencies where possible
Establish production guidelines and playbooks for all content developed by Walmart marketing.
Ongoing review of production processes and practices with an eye toward enhancing and increasing effectiveness
Provide on set production governance alongside WCS creatives and provide IP related feedback during reviews
Team up with Senior Manager, Creative Production Analyst on reviewing production bids and providing production expertise in awarding productions.
Put repeatable processes in place that help the team plan and manage multiple parallel projects and run our business
Primary point of contact for video, photography, and motion design projects. Work closely with creative directors, art directors and copywriters to proactively clarify requirements and use cases
What Youll Bring...
8+ years of experience as a producer with experience in video/motion, print, social and advertising.
4+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross functional projects
Extensive contacts in photography, motion and post industries
An online portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating great solutions across a range of production-related issues
Experience across the production lifecycle from in-camera capture to multi-channel deployment
Strong understanding of production processes for TV, Print, OOH, Digital Videos, Web, Mobile, Social, and Experiential media
Background working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with designers, account, and project managers
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent understanding of photo, video and animation work
Able to identify and mitigate risk on projects
Bachelors degree or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Marketing/creative agency experience, in-house experience
Experience in the Marketing, Retail or e Commerce industry

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
