What you'll do...

• Set Vision and Strategy: Define and implement the vision and roadmap for next-generation clinical research operations and Real World Evidence (RWE) generation.
• Manage Operations: Oversee clinical research operations, including staff management and protocol compliance.
• Industry Awareness: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform strategic recommendations that drive business growth and competitiveness.
• Innovate: Create and implement new delivery models for research operations and RWE within a retail setting.
• Lead Initiatives: Participate in and lead meetings with investigators, clients, and key stakeholders external and internal to Walmart.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strategic Leadership: Proven track record in setting strategic vision and leading clinical research and RWE operations.
• Operational Expertise: Experience in managing large-scale clinical research operations and ensuring protocol compliance.
• Innovative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative solutions and new operational models.
• Performance Management: Strong skills in developing and tracking key performance indicators.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to effectively engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including Pharma sponsors, investigators, and clients.

The annual salary range for this position is $195,000.00-$370,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, social work, business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or related area.

10 years’ operational experience in clinical development.

Prior work experience with decentralized trials and/or digital healthcare operations and implementation.

Prior work experience in a clinical research environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Prior work experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

3 years’ managerial experience.
