Walmart+ Product team, your charter will be to build seamless, intuitive, innovative experiences for members who leverage our services across their many needs, and via various channels.

This role sits on Walmart+ Member Care & Operations Team. As a Principal Product Manager on the Walmart+ product team, you will part of the team that builds the core Member Care product ecosystem. You will deliver on the motto of ‘never fail the member’ by building out capabilities and tools that help our care agents and other care touchpoints like chatbots serve an elevated experience to our members, taking care of them when they reach out to Walmart. You will be responsible for accelerating the pace of innovation for our members by fostering a culture of platform thinking, and building modular capabilities that will scale across the omni-channel ecosystem.

What you'll do...

  • Responsible for driving the vision, the strategy, and the execution of scope across Walmart+ Member Care and Member Operations

  • Enhance experience around Member operations to drive operational success & efficiency and thus reduce member operational defects

  • Build new foundational capabilities and experiences to proactively mitigate impact of experience issues, empower member self-service experiences for rapid first contact resolution and enable Care agents to provide best in class service to Walmart+ members

  • Define launch plans and success metrics and work with analytics and business intelligence sources on A/B testing to measure impact. Analyze results and recommend improvements based on customer data and other business intelligence sources.

  • Drive product platform prioritization & development and build a consolidated roadmap in alignment with business stakeholders, product partners, and engineering leaders.

  • Drive execution on the roadmap, including working with engineers on the technical aspects of features such as API requests and responses, answering development related questions, and monitoring Quality Assurance (QA) to roll it out for production.

  • Manage cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Technology, Business, and Product partners.

  • You have experience building concierge care platforms and agent-facing tools

  • You have experience in building and scaling subscriptions, memberships, and Customer Care products

  • You’re comfortable influencing others, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly

  • You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team’s products
