Position Summary...

The Manager, Real Estate (Tenant Leasing) is responsible for supporting and maintaining the lease administration legal documents. This includes collecting finalized copies of legal documents related to the Tenant Leasing process and filing them appropriately within the software system. Working with Tenant Leasing team to establish new legal documents for processing. Looking for efficiencies in setting up processes and maintaining existing workflows while making recommendations for expansion and improvement.

What you'll do...

• Collaborate with business partners to collect finalized legal documents and ensure proper storage of those documents

• Audit existing contracts and work with business partners to obtain missing documents

• Review existing programs and processes, providing recommendations for expansion and improvement.

• Manage the system of record for data quality, consistency, and enhancements.

• Support and identify key points within legal documents, to properly support business partners and their needs

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
