What you'll do...

The Manager, Revenue Operations Scaled Services, Enablement and Support acts as a liaison between the corporate marketing teams, sales, and customers. Provides sales driving support to WMB sales teams through regional marketing events and customer-facing content. Develops a consistent feedback loop of business insights to the WMB sales & corporate teams.

The role is based in Bentonville, AR

Must have the ability to travel 50% required at times

When not traveling – Will need to be in the Bentonville Sales Office – Not a remote job or Work from home

About the Team: Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy under the Walmart Business Sales Team.

What You’ll do…

  • Develop and execute an event plan that focuses on budgeting, planning, pre & post communications, lead retrieval and campaigns to track ROI in three keys areas of each business unit: Core Business Events / National Events / Regional Sales Events.

  • Responsible for creating and participating in all regional Team Selling strategies and creating marketing content that supports the continued growth and profitability of all regional Public Sector/Non-Profit, Enterprise and Mid-size customers, prospects and events.

  • Manage and develop customer marketing vehicles with the marketing team and be responsible for understanding and executing content specific to supporting campaigns and regional industry product growth plays

  • Support Salesforce.com tracking in a marketing to sales reporting dashboards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, digital media/advertising, or related area and 2 years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.

  • Option 2: 4 years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Worked in a high pace B2B sales support role prior for a minimum of 3 years

  • Experience with developing brand standards customer specific templates

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience to coordinate & multitask multiple projects with a tracking system to allow for clear and effective communication to all stakeholders  

  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus

  • Set priorities with the sales leadership team to identify regional marketing programs and events that will effectively drive acquisition, sales, and profits on a national or regional scope.

  • Drive measurement and analytical review of regional and customer specific events to ensure continued event refinement and effectiveness.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
