Position Summary...

The Director Talent Acquisition Innovation and Enablement will drive strategic initiatives at the intersection of innovation, talent acquisition, automation, and technology. This visionary leader will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions for talent acquisition, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced tools. The role requires a forward-thinking individual who is capable of balancing the strategic vision with execution and will be responsible for creating and evaluating build vs. buy proposals to deliver scalable and innovative solutions for recruiting top-tier talent.

What you'll do...

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy, incorporating AI, automation, and innovative tools to attract, assess, and hire top talent globally.
  • Innovation and Automation: Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and other advanced technologies to streamline recruiting processes, improve candidate experience, and increase hiring efficiency.
  • Build vs. Buy Proposals: Develop and evaluate build vs. buy proposals for technology solutions, ensuring that decisions are data-driven, cost-effective, and aligned with long-term strategic goals.
  • Talent Acquisition Solutions: Identify and implement new tools and platforms for enhancing talent acquisition workflows, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure the talent acquisition strategy aligns with overall organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with data science teams to develop predictive analytics for talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts around the integration of new technologies and processes into the organization’s talent acquisition function.
  • Visionary Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends in talent acquisition, AI, and automation, and provide thought leadership to guide the organization in staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Mentorship & Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams focused on innovation, ensuring professional development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What you'll bring...

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in talent acquisition leadership roles, with a strong background in HR Tech Stack, innovation, and automation.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, and automation tools within the recruiting and talent management space.
  • Strong track record in developing and implementing build vs. buy strategies for HR technologies.
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams (i.e. Product Management, Engineering) and working with senior leaders across the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, global environment, managing complex, large-scale initiatives.
