Are you driven by data and passionate about shaping digital strategies and operational automation? Walmart Enterprise Business Services (EBS) is looking for candidates to join our Post Payment Audit team ! As Sr. Manager, Accounts Receivable, you'll be a key contributor to building data analytics tools and working on automation work within our PPA operations.

What you'll do...

• Provide thorough data analysis to support strategic business decisions by identifying ongoing analytical needs, creating standardized reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop consistent, actionable data-driven strategies.
• Lead the development of business performance dashboards, delivering actionable insights on site content performance, customer engagement, and conversion metrics. Ensure reporting is both insightful and tailored to business objectives.
• Establish measurable KPIs to track site performance and identify areas of opportunity. Drive initiatives to improve the customer experience and boost overall site effectiveness.
• Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed KPI targets, such as collections rates, disputes resolution timing, merchandising segment/departmental analysis. Present performance results to senior leadership on a weekly basis.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners and leadership teams, in Finance, Controllership, and Merchandising, gaining buy-in through clear communication and effective presentations of content strategies.
• Build interactive, automated dashboards and reports, and provide training to business partners on their use for self-service analysis, empowering teams with the tools to perform their own data explorations.

Minimum Qualification:  

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related fields. 
• 3 - 5 years related experience in Business Operations, Program Management, or eCommerce. 

Preferred Qualification: 

• Master’s degree in business or related field; Project Management certification

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
