As a Walmart IAM Technical Expert, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge IAM solutions and technologies, and to contribute to the development of our IAM strategy and roadmap.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Technical Expert to join our team. As a key member of our IAM team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to our systems, applications, and data. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

What you'll do...

• Design and implement IAM solutions using various technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD/ Microsoft Entra, PingFederate, and other IAM platforms.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IAM requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Implement and maintain Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions to manage user identities, roles, and access across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into IAM metrics and compliance status.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve IAM solutions and processes.
• Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices
• Develop Roadmaps and strategies, providing technical oversight and lead teams for Authentication, SSO, MFA, and identity Governance and Privileged Access Management;
• Designing and implementing Authentication solutions for Enterprise using OAuth, OIDC, SAML and legacy protocols using Ping Federate, Azure Entra, ADFS, Broadcom Siteminder, and Oracle SSO

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on Identity Governance Administration (IGA).
• Strong understanding of IAM technologies, including Active Directory, Azure AD, PingFederate, and other IAM platforms.
• Experience with Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions, such as SailPoint, Entra Governance  or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong understanding of IAM best practices and compliance requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions, such as AWS IAM or Azure AD.
• Experience with automation tools, such as PowerShell or Python.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.

Minimum Qualifications...
