This cutting-edge facility uses smart automation and a dedicated team to rapidly and accurately prepare medications for numerous local pharmacies, acting as the backbone for pharmacy efficiency. Central Fill Pharmacies are game-changers, supercharging pharmacy's future by boosting efficiency, enhancing safety, enabling scalability, unlocking new patient care models, and fueling the tech revolution that benefits the entire pharmacy world. During the pre-launch phase, frequent travel to other company sites is required to facilitate comprehensive training and onboarding.
Who You’ll Support
You will provide support to associates across morning, evening, and overnight shifts. While your primary work schedule will align with standard business hours, this role requires availability during a portion of each shift, which may include starting as early as 7:00 am or concluding as late as 9:00 pm on occasion during the week.

Build culture and engagement from the ground up in a brand-new facility.
Collaborate with various Walmart divisions to support the new facility.
Be key in finding great folks, helping them learn, and keeping them around.
Team up with key partners to make good plans for our associates and get them done.
Look at information and use tech to make our HR better.
Support our people, stick to our values, and help sort things out when needed.
Lead the way in getting good people hired and providing development tools to turn their job into a career
Oversee an hourly HR team, where your leadership will drive incredible support for our associates and uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
