In this role, you’ll lead seller-facing communication, marketing, and learning programs that help third-party sellers of all sizes grow their eCommerce businesses with Walmart.

You’ll lead a talented team of communication and marketing strategists, copywriters, channel managers and data analysts who are passionate about helping sellers succeed on Walmart.com and helping customers discover even more items they need, want and love.

What you'll do...

• Own lifecycle marketing, communication, and education programs within the Marketplace’s Seller Events, Communication, and Marketing team.
• Create highly effective campaigns and tactics by working with our creative, events and marketing operations teams to help sellers navigate the evolving Walmart Marketplace platform and its expanding suite of tools, services, and solutions designed for seller success.
• Define success metrics linked to business objectives, drive campaign assessment, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Evolve Marketplace’s marketing data, personalization, and local language capabilities, owned channels for seller communication, and MarTech foundation needed to support them.
• Counsel senior leadership and business partners to optimize marcomms effectiveness, drive seller engagement, and maximize seller reach.
• Lead an awesome team, helping them prioritize, execute flawlessly, and achieve success together.

What You'll Bring…

• 4+ years of experience developing B2B or sales lifecycle marketing platforms, campaigns and channels
• Data-driven approach to decision making, channel optimization and successful implementation of marketing analytics programs
• Deep expertise in building actionable marketing communication plans and learning programs that motivate audiences and generate high participation/engagement
• Entrepreneurial mindset and record of evolving functions or establishing new capabilities
• Strong leadership and partner relationship management skills

Minimum Qualifications...
