What you'll do...

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, Data Enablement will serve as a strategic operational partner to Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership, focused on delivering insights, solutions, and support that improve operational performance.

This role is responsible for supporting or owning a variety of operational initiatives, with a focus on working with large, complex datasets to identify trends, develop clear data narratives, and support leadership in making informed, operational decisions.

This individual should bring a strong foundation in data analysis, experience working across senior leadership levels, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with TA leadership to understand business challenges and deliver data-backed operational recommendations.
  • Analyze recruiting performance and operational data to identify efficiency opportunities, risks, and patterns.
  • Build and deliver compelling data stories and executive-level presentations that support strategic conversations.
  • Help shape operational routines (e.g., QBRs, MBRs) with relevant insights and aligned priorities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of business processes and organizational workflows related to TA delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., People Operations, Workforce Planning, Analytics) to align and prioritize initiatives.
  • Proactively identify potential areas for operational improvement and provide structured paths forward.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and business operations, ideally in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, synthesize insights, and translate into clear, actionable stories
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with experience supporting or advising leaders at various levels
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • High Proficiency in SQL, Big Query, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • The quintessential team player, willing to operate in an agile manner to support or own variety of projects and programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with recruiting operations or Talent Acquisition processes is a plus
  • Experience supporting operational functions in HR, workforce, or business strategy environments

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
