Leads the development and implementation of business solutions and enhancements to current Health and Wellness businesses by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; collaborating with the Member Insights team to ensure business objectives and member needs are met; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities; and promoting a member-focused environment.
Develops ideas and innovations to create new clinical services programs, improve existing programs, and lead to incremental sales growth by prioritizing and executing a business development process that delivers solutions to market; coordinating with other centers of innovation within Health and Wellness to deliver new programs; building executive-level relationships with major healthcare organizations, academia, and research and development areas to facilitate thought leadership discussions that lead to enhanced positioning and offerings; and working cross-functionally with the Payer Relations Analytics team to expand and execute business development priorities.
