Strategic Planning ; Execution:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic objectives.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure consistent progress.
Rhythm of the Business Management:
- Establish and maintain the operating cadence of the organization, including executive reviews, planning sessions, and business updates.
- Drive agenda setting, goal tracking, and follow-ups for leadership meetings.
- Ensure timely and effective decision-making by providing relevant data and insights.
Operational Excellence:
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to assess organizational progress.
- Identify and address gaps in operational effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional projects that drive business impact.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between the executive leadership team and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Advisory Support:
- Provide counsel and thought partnership to the [Executive Leader] on business priorities and challenges.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for executive-level discussions.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required.
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in retail, store, or Omni environment.
- 5+ years developing product strategy and managing product development in corporations
- Strong and proven ability to influence internal stakeholders
