About this position:
As a Manager, Learning and Development, you will play a vital role in Walmart Data Ventures’ by maintaining our internal onboarding program and, most importantly, powering enterprise-wide adoption efforts of the Scintilla platform, its products, and other applications under its stewardship. This exciting opportunity will allow you to exercise a wide array of creative and business skills as you work to tell impactful stories to our partner organizations within Walmart’s Growth, Merchandising, Operations, Global Tech, and Global People departments while meeting with their executives, management, and associates to ensure buy-in and efficacy. This position reports to a Senior Manager, Learning and Development and is based in Bentonville, AR.
About the team:
The Customer Success team supports the Walmart Data Ventures organization by providing a wide array of learning content, development opportunities, and much more to both internal and external parties.
What you’ll do:
Increase enterprise adoption of Scintilla and other Data Ventures platforms through engaging training and storytelling.
Work closely with stakeholders and SMEs across the enterprise with emphasis on the Merchandising organization.
Curate and create onboarding material for new-to-role associates in Data Ventures.
Share your expertise with peers, management, and other collaborators.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in training development, project management, or a related area.
Experience working within and/or with the Merchandising and/or Merchandising Operations organizations.
Ability to facilitate learning in virtual and in-person modalities.
Experience in graphic design, motion graphic, and instructional design.
Experience managing web content through a CMS.
You’ll blow us away if you have:
Experience in video production, including planning, scripting, pre-production, filming, editing, post-production, sounds, and distribution.
Deep expertise in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.).
Plan and execute the production of high-quality graphics, web content, and videos.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
