Position Summary...

As a Senior Manager of Member Engagement at Sam's Club, you will develop and execute partnership projects for Sam’s Club’s loyalty program, Sam’s Club Bonus Offers. This role requires combining an analytical mindset with flawless project execution to sustain Sam’s Club’s long-term strategy. You will influence and persuade various teams within Sam’s Club, Walmart, and external parties to achieve high-impact efforts and aggressive growth goals.

  • Strategic Influence: Influence and persuade people across a wide range of teams within Sam’s Club & Walmart and with external counter parties.
  • Partnership Development: Track record of developing and closing high impact partnerships with third parties.
  • Identifying Opportunities: Identifying, nurturing, and closing key partnership or client opportunities in a B2B setting.
  • Lifecycle Management: Owning the full lifecycle of partner engagement, deal-making, and partnership implementation.
  • Efficient Negotiations: Concurrently managing multiple deals and negotiations expeditiously and efficiently.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Orchestrating internal cross-functional activities in collaboration with product managers to ensure a successful partner launch.
  • Market Research: Conducting research to identify new markets and partnership opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Building and managing cross-functional relationships with key partners within Walmart that power the business forward.

  • Project Management Skills: Approach all assignments and responsibilities required to develop and maintain a B2B partnership, including managing projects within Walmart’s organization (Product, Design, Engineering, Legal, Finance, etc.).

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
