As a Senior Manager of Member Engagement at Sam's Club, you will develop and execute partnership projects for Sam’s Club’s loyalty program, Sam’s Club Bonus Offers. What You'll Do
- Strategic Influence: Influence and persuade people across a wide range of teams within Sam’s Club & Walmart and with external counter parties.
- Partnership Development: Track record of developing and closing high impact partnerships with third parties.
- Identifying Opportunities: Identifying, nurturing, and closing key partnership or client opportunities in a B2B setting.
- Lifecycle Management: Owning the full lifecycle of partner engagement, deal-making, and partnership implementation.
- Efficient Negotiations: Concurrently managing multiple deals and negotiations expeditiously and efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Orchestrating internal cross-functional activities in collaboration with product managers to ensure a successful partner launch.
- Market Research: Conducting research to identify new markets and partnership opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Building and managing cross-functional relationships with key partners within Walmart that power the business forward.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
