We invite you to join the International Supply Chain Team; a fast-moving group of highly motivated individuals with skills ranging from data analytics to strategy and execution. The International Supply Chain is all about making and executing plans that enable International Markets to provide our customers and members with the products they want, where they want them, at the best price possible. To accomplish this, associates must be keen problem solvers, using data and experience to overcome complex challenges and drive efficiency. To support international operations in real-time, we are seeking dedicated individuals in Bentonville, AR.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Supply Chain Processes

  • Ensure merchandise flows smoothly through the distribution network and fulfillment centers.

  • Conduct performance reviews of distribution centers and suppliers, providing recommendations for corrective action.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key supply chain stakeholders to support customer and business needs.

Provide Analytical Support

  • Offer end-to-end analytical support for complex initiatives up to the executive level.

  • Create effective reporting and dashboards by applying expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Splunk to monitor product performance.

  • Provide data-driven insights and deliver recommendations that address opportunities for operational improvements.

Supply Chain Optimization

  • Oversee the end-to-end flow of goods from customer to final delivery, ensuring alignment with operational timelines, compliance standards, and customer requirements.

  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve goals related to cost efficiency, service quality, on-time ship, and compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

  • Monitor and address performance-related issues with Operations and other stakeholders, providing actionable feedback and implementing best practices to ensure operational excellence.

Specialized Duties

  • Overseas the implementation of automation solutions and enhanced capabilities within the supply chain to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Monitor the performance of post go-live projects, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing optimization.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should:

  • Be comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

  • Possess strong problem-solving and exceptional analytical skills.

  • Be able to design and execute on a vision for data-related initiatives.

  • Willing to work with multiple countries and bring knowledge of international logistics and supply chain complexities.

  • Six Sigma training/experience is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
