Job Description
Analyses Building Performance and drives asset monitoring strategies to facilitate condition based monitoring, reduction of downtime, and optimize total cost of ownership. Works effectively with trades teams and leadership to align on monitoring strategies and dispatch methodologies to ensure effectiveness of resolution.
Manage operations serving our field technicians. Responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and measures for the specific area of operations of the department; digital
automation and digital asset monitoring. An effective manager will ensure productive and efficient operations and digital asset performance. Enhance operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to expand systems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies. For the operation, they will determine a vision, goals, and an execution strategy to build for the future.
Ensures reporting associates respond to technicians incoming calls by creating processes and procedures; assessing the situation; staging equipment, supplies, and resources; determining the level of involvement and coordination needed by different departments; hiring and dispatching to resolve specialized issues; determining needs and approving requests; ensuring remediation of issues; escalating the issues as required; and updating, executing, and educating teams on corporate initiatives.
Monitors technician efficiency and customer service needs by establishing and maintaining data files on repairs and modifications; communicating corporate and industry standards; ensuring compliance with standards; and evaluating and reporting performance.
Manages department performance indicators by gathering and trending data; validating data related to workflows and labor.
Supervises associates by maintaining confidentiality of associate personal and payroll information; writing performance evaluations and submitting them to manager for final approval; training; conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations to managers; monitoring and reviewing associate behavior and performance; partnering with management to make performance improvement recommendations ; ensuring associate schedules are followed; determining and communicating necessary schedule changes; reviewing associate time information, sick time, vacation days, personal time, and leaves of absence; creating time and attendance reports and sending to appropriate supervisor/manager for review; identifying discrepancies and issues; and informing managers of issues identified.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
