The Last Mile Delivery team is focused on building out a new service to fulfill the delivery segment from the business directly to the end consumer. In a typical day, a Strategy and Execution Manager will own strategic projects from conception to execution to help grow the foundation and breadth of our business while partnering with our product team and external stakeholders.

You’ll make an impact by:
Helping to develop the 1-year strategic plan for the business, and defining out initiatives that the business should focus on
Driving defined strategic initiatives from end-to-end; these initiatives are focused on building out foundational capabilities and business growth
Working closely with our Product Operations, Field Operations, and Analytics teams to execute on the strategic initiatives/projects
Building out business cases and completing ad-hoc analyses to pitch new ideas
Thinking through A/B experiments and pilots to test out new ideas and/or capabilities
Measuring success based on defined metrics and identifying business gaps/opportunities
3 - 6 years of experience in areas of strategy, business operations, or finance at a fast-growing tech company/start-up or management consulting at a top-tier firm
Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA strongly preferred
Proven track record of leading projects/initiatives and a team
Resourceful self-starter who is able to drive projects autonomously
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
Executive level storyboarding and presentation skills
