Are you ready to shape the future of local shopping on one of the world’s largest retail platforms? The LocalFinds team at Walmart is on a mission to revolutionize how customers discover and engage with local products and businesses—offering seamless experiences from first click to final checkout. As a key driver of our new innovations program, you’ll own the operational excellence of developing and incubating new programs for the LocalFinds program, identifying key expansion opportunities, supporting the discovery and development process. This role will require cross-functional partnerships, strategic thinking and detail-oriented skills to deliver the next big initiative to our growing program

You’ll make an impact by…
- Help to identify opportunities and develop rigorous process to support the development of new verticals
- Setting the strategic direction for business extensions, executing on initiatives critical to the success of the LocalFinds program with necessary cross-functional partners
- Owning the operational strategy for innovation and ‘new verticals’ on LocalFinds—building foundations, driving cross-functional support, and ensuring end-to-end site enablement
- Streamlining processes and workflows to embed best-in-class practices across the team, elevating the overall customer experience
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience in Business or related field
- Previous experience in consumer-focused, eCommerce environment
- Understanding of site metrics and levers
- Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions
Preferred Qualification:
- 8+ years related experience in Merchandising, Site Merchandising, or related field
- Masters Degree in Business or related field
- 4+ years demonstrated experience managing a team
- 6+ years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment
- Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer
- Ability to set clear team objectives and performance measures
- Ability to select and develop a team of future leaders
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
- Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.
